The banks are showing more and more losses due to sub-prime loans. When will it end? We cannot trust the banks in this matter. They hide the full extent of the damage as long as they can.

Uranium is the only solution to environment problems

Uranium can supply the Earth with energy for ever (more or less). It does not produce any carbon dioxide. The problem with waste disposal will be solved soon. Mankind is innovative.

Trend reversal

When the stock market peaked in 2000, there was a lot of ups-and-downs before the big slide began. We are seeing the same kind of pattern today. Up and the down, 2% and more in a day. I would say that the ups-and-downs signal a trend reversal. The rising trend is going to change into a falling trend.

Dollar

The dollar is going down. When will it reach zero value? Greenspan was more or less mad, to lower the interest rate to 1 %. Of course, everybody would want to borrow, when the cost to borrow was less than the inflation. Then the banks wanted to make more money, so they gave loans with slightly higher interest rate to everybody, in order to get a higher return on their money. The problem was that the money they thought they made, was never made. Now, 2 years later, surprise-surprise, it is discovered that those people were never able to pay back their loans.

Somebody should be held responsible for this mess. Put them in prison. They made such a damage to the economy that they should suffer in h*ll for ever!
